High uptime and best utilization for your instrument is a key to success. Most of your questions and problems can be solved using remote assistance.

Our service team is using Teamviewer for Remote Assistance. An open Internet is needed to connect your instrument to our support team. If your IT department is requesting a different program we are open to use it.

Spare Parts & Consumables

Spare parts, consumables and exchange units are available from the Munich office which guarantees a shipment within 24 hours.

We are only using original parts from the manufacturer. Please ask for a quotation.
