Launching Novel CT-scanner N90

World’s first benchtop nano-CT scanner
Neoscan Logo with the N90

NEOSCAN introduces the N90, the world's first benchtop nano-tomography system.

Now researchers can have a highly personalised and easy-to-use nano-CT on their desk, with capabilities equal to or better than those of large, heavy and complex systems.

Some of the outstanding features of the N90 nano-CT

  • Dual detector configuration: Allows variable geometry and easy switching at the click of a mouse.

  • Integrated micro-XRF module: For chemical mapping.

  • Ease of use: Suitable for a wide range of applications.

  • High-precision positioning: With a rotation accuracy of less than 50 nm.

The N90 nano-CT is ideal for applications in materials science, electronics and biology where detailed insight into the structure and composition of samples is required.

Please find below some specifications

  • 40 nm pixel size at highest magnification
  • 300 nm resolution (JIMA resolution table)
  • 20-160 kV / 16 W diamond window X-ray source
  • Standard dual detectors: 27 MP CMOS + 7 MP flat panel
  • Integrated granite platform on anti-vibration levelling feet
  • Powered from a single 100-240V / 750W wall socket
